Gas prices up slightly – Rocktown Now

HARRISONBURG VA: (ROCKTOWN NOW) – Average gasoline prices in Virginia increased by two cents per gallon over the past week and will start the new work week at an average of $3.35 per gallon.
This is evident from GasBuddy’s research among almost 41 hundred stations in the Commonwealth.
Prices in Virginia are about a nickel per gallon lower than they were a month ago and a penny per gallon higher than this time last year.
People in the Harrisonburg area will see that most stations are selling gas for 3.39 per gallon. Meanwhile, prices in Augusta County are at $3.20 per gallon.
The national average price of diesel has fallen by two cents in the past week to $3.73 per gallon.
