I learned some political lessons from Obaseki –Shaibu

The Deputy Governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu, on Sunday said he had learned some political lessons from Governor Godwin Obaseki. He also said he would support the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate on Monday Okpebholo for the September 21 governorship election because he possesses the attributes of the homeboy required to take over the governance of the state.

Shaibu, who spoke to journalists on the sidelines of the Father’s Day celebration at St. Paul Catholic Church in Benin, alleged that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Asue Ighodalo is a product of godfatherism. He said: ‘I am a good learner and learning is the most important thing in our lives.

We must keep learning until we die. Governor Obaseki says everyone has the right to support whoever he wants, but he also forgot that he has no right to stop anyone from supporting anyone. That is why it is my right to decide who I want to support. ”
