Judith (Judy) Anne Odle, age 85, passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at Shiloh Health and Rehab in Springdale, Ark. She was born on February 13, 1939 in Petrolia, Kansas to Harry Jr. and Ruth Greathouse (Asbrook). Judy grew up in the Chanute and Petrolia area and graduated from high school there. After school she met Robert Odle, whom she married and moved to Wichita, Kan. They had two children together; Brian and Robin. They all eventually moved to Northwest Arkansas around late 1978 or early 1979, where they lived in a house near Beaver Lake in Prairie Creek. She enjoyed and loved living on the lake; boating and skiing, and enjoyed cooking for everyone. She was a wonderful mother to her two children and had a great sense of humor. She was feisty, lively, positive, but was a terrible driver. Judy was preceded in death by her parents; Harry and Ruth, her sister; Joyce Trent, her brother-in-law; Kenny Trent, and her former husband and close friend; Robert Odle. She is survived by her two children; Brian Odle and wife Kathy of Rogers, Ark., and Robyn and husband Doug of Elkins, Ark., four grandchildren; Austin Tedford, Ashley Brook Odle, Robert Odle and Chelsea Blount, and numerous friends and relatives, including her niece and nephew Tracy and Kevin, of whom she was very fond. Arrangements by Epting Funeral Home of Bentonville. Condolences at www.eptingfuneralhome.com
