SACRAMENTO – Sen. Kelly Seyarto, R-Murrieta, has named Rebel Ranch the Senate District’s 32nd nonprofit organization. Located in Chino Hills, Rebel Ranch is committed to improving the lives of veterans, first responders and children with physical or psychological disabilities through certified service dogs and equine-assisted education.
