Kennedy/Jenks has been awarded the final design contract by EMWD for the Soboba sewer

The Eastern Municipal Water District board has awarded Kennedy/Jenks Consultants the final design contract for the Soboba Sewer Project. Because Kennedy/Jenks had completed preliminary design work, the June 5 action officially approved an amendment to the design contract covering final design, trenchless design, and surveying services for the gravity sewer. Kennedy/Jenks, based in San Francisco with offices in San Diego and Murrieta, will be paid an additional $425,604 for the work. The board action also approved a $32,450 contract with Woodard & Curran, headquartered in Sacramento with offices in San Diego and Irvine, for a third-party trenchless design review of the Soboba Sewer Project. The board has authorized a total of $635,158 in additional appropriations
