About two hours later, officials said TheHandi-Van reservation lines will come back online and allow passengers to schedule trips.

However, OTS phone lines for TheBus and online services, including HEA and related real-time transit and GPS apps, are still currently unavailable.

They added that they are working relentlessly to bring all systems back online and are investigating the cause.

With delays expected, TheBus and TheHandi-Van plan to operate their full Saturday schedule as much as possible.
