Secret menu drinks to try

Did you know that at certain restaurants you can order certain things that are not on the menu? If you think about it, there are many restaurants that offer a number of things upon request. Popeyes, for example, does it. If you want a healthier option with their chicken strips, you can have them blackened without the breaded, fried skin. But they are available upon request.

Tony’s Pizza has some of the best chicken wings I’ve ever had. I order them regularly, even if they are not on the menu. McDonald’s and other food chains will make specialty items upon request. As long as someone doesn’t try most, the restaurant staff are usually happy to help you.

Yes and no. Yes, in the sense that you can customize a drink using Starbucks ingredients. Name your creation there if you like, encourage other customers to order the customer-made refreshment and the drink will gain popularity. So there is no “secret menu” listing the drinks customers make.

However, Starbucks does allow customers to shape their coffee fantasies. Speaking of which, Buzzfeed came up with AI-generated photos of Starbucks creations for every state. They look delicious too! Cozymeal came up with a list of 26 or more “Secret Menu” refreshers and coffee mixer ideas that you can order the next time you visit Starbucks. Again, they had some really great ideas that I’m going to try.

What’s cool is that a customer’s drink can end up on the “main menu” if it’s in high demand. A perfect example of this is the Starbucks Pink Drink. A few years ago, a customer created this Louisiana-inspired coffee delite from Starbucks. It was The mermaid frappuccino and it became very popular because customers ordered it all the time.
